Terms & Conditions
Last updated 19 April 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services made available through it by Finn The Dog Trainer ("we", "our", "us"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. By using the website you agree:
Where this website allows you to submit an enquiry or make a booking, your submission is a request for our services. A binding agreement is only formed once we have confirmed your booking or accepted your request in writing or by another clear communication.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when submitting an enquiry or booking. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or service issues caused by inaccurate information you provide.
Service descriptions, prices, and availability shown on this website are provided for general guidance and may change at any time without notice. Final pricing for any service will be confirmed to you before work begins.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or withdraw any service we offer. Where applicable, additional terms specific to a particular service may apply and will be made available to you at the relevant time.
Where payments are taken through this website, they are processed by a third-party payment provider. By making a payment you agree to the terms of the relevant payment provider in addition to these Terms.
We do not store full payment card details on our own systems. Payment confirmation does not necessarily confirm a booking; bookings are only confirmed when we communicate confirmation to you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on this website. Specific cancellation or rescheduling terms may apply to certain services and will be communicated to you where relevant.
We may need to cancel or reschedule a booking from time to time, for example due to illness, weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where this happens we will contact you to arrange an alternative or, where appropriate, a refund.
We aim to keep this website available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or part of the website at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finn The Dog Trainer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, including any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree that you use this website and any information on it at your own risk. The website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the website, or applicable law. The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated. By continuing to use the website after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including features and content, without notice and without liability.
